What to include
- What you were trying to plan (stock sizes, parts, kerf if non-default).
- What you expected versus what Sawplan showed, and the steps that led there.
- Your browser and device if something looks broken.
- Your account email if the issue involves a saved project. Never send your password.
What we cannot do
We do not quote timber prices, verify supplier catalogs, or provide structural engineering advice. For sheet cutting or CNC toolpaths, you will need different software.
